Dani Arbid is a writer and filmmaker based in Berlin. He is the Director of Barakunan GmbH, a publishing and media collective, and is a co-founder of Electronic Literature Day. In 2019, he was awarded the inaugural Buro BDP Writing Prize for his novel The Year of Things Lost, forthcoming from Broken Dimanche Press. He comments on Lebanese affairs for journals Al Monitor and Annahar.
